Introduction and Overview

My name is Lauren Rodan and I am an independent consultant specializing in corporate social media and graphic design. This site, Project defero, will house the social media strategy I have been contracted to develop for defero. I want to harness your expertise to build defero’s new image as a leading communications firm that advises companies looking to expand into “new media” from traditional media. I hope this WordPress site will help to facilitate our collaboration.

Action Plan for Project defero

This site outlines four workings sessions I want to hold with your team. Together, all four sessions will outline defero’s corporate social media strategy. I think you will appreciate working like this, as you will have considerable input in bringing this strategy to fruition. Collaborating with defero, I aim to achieve the following.

Session 1: Roll out a plan for defero’s continual Observation & Research of social media trends.
Session 2: Devise an Internal Strategy to prepare expectations and increase defero’s awareness of corporate social media.
Session 3: Enable you, with an External Strategy, to confidently present yourselves using social media in your best interests.
Session 4: Create Appearance & Branding to define the “new” defero, which will appear wherever defero is represented, online or off.
